This device processes used disposable diapers, which were traditionally classified as combustible waste, into high-quality fuel resources. It establishes a resource recycling system that helps reduce the amount of waste generated in local areas and facilities, while also enabling the use of this processed material as a new heat source (local production for local consumption of energy). 【Features】 ● The processing stages (input, crushing, drying, sterilization) are automatically completed within the same chamber. ● No water supply or drainage is required. ● The generated fuel ensures a stable calorific value (approximately 5,000 kcal). ● Uniform crushing and drying levels (moisture content below 5%). ● Weight reduced to less than one-third of the input amount. ● Awarded the Minister of the Environment's Prize for Contributions to Promoting a Recycling-Oriented Society in FY 2018. *For more details, please check the PDF download.
